The Bonnector logic

Business first. Then we build, automate, grow and prove.

No conversation starts with technology. It starts with the blocker, the indicator that measures it and the economic consequence. From there, the order is always the same.

Five steps, always in the same order.

  1. 1 · Business We understand the problem

Which operational or growth blocker the business has, which indicator measures it and what it costs left unsolved: lost leads, manual time, errors, no-shows, stock, conversion.

    Proof: brief, audit, baseline

  2. 2 · Build We build what is needed

Website, app or platform, on the smallest scope that can prove value. Ready for search, conversion and integration from the architecture, not optimised late.

    Proof: specifications, demo, decision log

  3. 3 · Automate We automate what deserves it

Repetitive flows get rules, approvals and a log. People keep control over sensitive decisions, and the running cost is tracked.

Proof: flow map, pilot, before/after measurement

  4. 4 · Grow We connect to demand

SEO, ads, content and conversion, tied to the same data set and the same business metric. Visibility that leads somewhere.

Proof: tracking, monthly report on leads and cost

  5. 5 · Prove We prove and improve

Baseline before, measurement after, results with a source and a period. We extend only what works and say openly what depended on the client or the market.

    Proof: case study, dashboard, roadmap

What you do, what we do, what you get.

The blueprint of a project. Every stage has concrete proof, not just activity.

Non-negotiable principles

01 Business first

No conversation starts with technology. It starts with the blocker, the indicator and the economic consequence.

02 Connection, not fragmentation

Every deliverable shows which processes, data, channels and decisions it connects to.

03 Proof before adjectives

Results, limitations and assumptions are presented before superlatives.

04 Start small, extend on evidence

We start with a scope that can validate value, then extend based on feedback and data.

05 Human control by design

Automation and AI agents have limits, approvals, audit and reversibility for sensitive actions.

06 One accountable team

You do not coordinate design, development, SEO, automation and analytics separately for the same initiative.

Values that change decisions.

A value is real only if it can change a decision. For each one: what it means, how it shows and what we avoid.

Business before buzzwords

It means
Technology is a means, not a show.

It shows in
We start with the problem, the KPI, the process, the risk and the owner.

We avoid
Pitches centred on stacks and acronyms.

We build for use, not applause

It means
The deliverable has to be adopted and maintained.

It shows in
We validate flows, users, support and ownership.

We avoid
Spectacular design with no use or maintenance.

We connect the whole journey

It means
We look at product, operations, data, marketing and measurement together.

It shows in
We map dependencies, integrations and hand-offs.

We avoid
Isolated solutions and blame passed between vendors.

We prove

It means
We claim only what we can support.

It shows in
Case studies, demo, metric, source, date and limitations.

We avoid
Superlatives, numbers without evidence, “guaranteed”.

We start small, learn fast

It means
We reduce risk through smart scope and learning.

It shows in
MVP, hypothesis, acceptance, iteration.

We avoid
Bloated scope and impossible promises.

We automate with control

It means
AI and automation have to be governed.

It shows in
Approvals, audit, cost control, rollback, human in the loop.

We avoid
Opaque autonomy in sensitive decisions.

We own the result

It means
One owner, direct communication, follow-through to the end.

It shows in
Risks flagged early, a clear next step, accountability.

We avoid
Ambiguity, hand-offs with no owner, silence.

We automate with control

AI with human control

We use AI where it removes real work, not as a marketing prefix. Every automation has an explained mechanism, a measured value and a person who can step in.

See what we automate →
  1. 1 An AI agent does not publish, spend or change sensitive data without a policy and human approval.
  2. 2 Every automated action has a log, an owner and a way back.
  3. 3 The running cost is tracked and reported, not assumed.
  4. 4 Client data stays isolated; the role of the model and of the agent is explained in the documentation.
  5. 5 The result is measured against a baseline: hours saved, errors avoided, response time.

Nordic process, Romanian execution.

The way of working comes from collaborating with partners in Finland, and we keep it because it works. Execution happens from Bucharest, by a team that answers directly.

Documentation before code

Written specifications: what we build, how success is measured, who decides.

Estimates we keep

The deadline you get is the deadline we deliver. You hear about risks from us, early.

Roles and checkpoints

One owner per project, regular demos, agreed acceptance criteria.

Communication without surprises

You always know what we are working on, what comes next and what it costs.

The team has worked together since 2014, from Bucharest.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I see the first result?

It depends on the door you come through. A website: 1–7 days. A pilot automation: 2–4 weeks to the first measurement. SEO: the first movements in 3–6 months. Ads: the first conversions in the first week, a stable cost after 4–6 weeks. We state the deadline at the brief and we keep it.

Do you work with small budgets too?

Yes, if the goal and the budget match. We often recommend a pilot smaller than the requested scope, because it reduces risk and validates value before extending.

Who owns the project on your side?

One person, named in the proposal, with an agreed reporting rhythm. You do not coordinate design, development, SEO, automation and analytics separately.

Do you work with agencies or consultants, white-label?

Yes: predictable execution for web, software, technical SEO and automation, under your brand or ours, with confidentiality and a clear process. We start with a pilot project.
