We automate the repetitive. People keep control.

We automate the repetitive. People keep control.

We connect systems, data and approvals to cut manual work without losing traceability. We start from one concrete flow, measure before and after, extend what works. At AppDental, automating bookings and reminders cut front-desk calls by about 40%.

The situations people call us about.

THE SITUATION
“The team copies data from one system to another, every day.”

THE FIX · We integrate the apps through API: website, CRM, ERP, invoicing, calendar. Data moves on its own, once, with a log. The time recovered is measured in hours per week.

THE SITUATION
“Requests come by email, WhatsApp and phone and get lost.”

THE FIX · We build a single intake flow: every request gets a status, an owner and a notification. Nothing stays unanswered and you see at any moment what is in progress.

THE SITUATION
“We tried a chatbot and it answered customers nonsense.”

THE FIX · A governed AI assistant: it answers only from verified information, escalates to a person when unsure and takes no sensitive action without approval. With a full log.

THE SITUATION
“Reports are made by hand at the end of the month.”

THE FIX · A dashboard with real-time connected data: orders, requests, costs, stock. Monthly reports generate themselves, and alerts appear when something drifts.

What it includes, concretely.

Flow map and baseline

what is done by hand, how long it takes, where errors appear

API integrations

website, CRM, ERP, invoicing, calendar, payments

AI workflows with human approval

rules, thresholds, log, rollback

Dashboard and alerts

connected data, automated reports

How it happened, step by step.

  1. W1 Mapping the flow

what is done by hand, how long it takes, where errors appear

  2. W2–3 Pilot on a single flow

    rules, approvals, log, running cost

  3. M1 Measurement

hours saved, errors, response time against the baseline

  4. M2+ Extension

the next flow, only if the first one proved value

Said openly: Not every process deserves automating. If the flow changes often or depends on human judgement, we say so in the first conversation and propose something else.

Frequently asked questions

Which flow should we start with?

The one that eats the most repetitive time and has clear rules: lead intake, confirmations and reminders, syncing orders with inventory, recurring reports. We map it together in a 20-minute conversation.

What does “human control” mean concretely?

The agent or the automation has a defined role and allowed actions. For any sensitive action (payments, publishing, changing customer data) it asks for approval. Everything is logged and reversible. The running cost is visible.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

A pilot on a single flow: usually 2–4 weeks, from a few thousand euros, depending on the integrations. You get a baseline at the start and a measurement at the end, so you decide on extending with numbers.

Do you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. We integrate through API or automated import/export with the CRMs, ERPs and business software you use, plus Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, e-commerce and invoicing platforms.
